Perfect location in Podilskyj district so close to all the main tourist attractions, and the historical centre. Also, very close to city center. Exceptionally clean and soundproof units where the bed was fine and ATTENTIVE staff.

The location here is fantastic with lots of bars and restaurants nearby, just 10 km from the airport, the rooms are quite spacious, soundproof, and the beds are comfortable.

The new quiet hotel with warm spacious room included everything you need.

Friendly staff that truly make a difference here! the rooms are spacious and comfy, with a decent bed for a good night's sleep. You'll find all the essentials like central heating, an iron, and a work desk 👍.

It is situated at the bottom of a hill and in order to reach the main streets fast, one has to climb some old wooden stairs full of holes (difficult when its dark, it's a forested hill with no light!) Alternatively one may choose the streets, but that will be quite a long walk.

The stay at Gonchar Hotel was possibly the best and really good during my business trip. the unit was soundproof and brand-new, with a fine bed. - the staff were attentive. - the hotel's location is nice and unbeatable, being really close to the metro station. - It is close to the city center in a historic district.

All was very good. Excellent small hotel. Very good personnel, good kitchen. Hotel in an ancient building, only after repair, very beautifully. Hotel sets in old part of Kiev, beautiful ancient buildings, silent area in the center of Kiev (15 minutes up to the main street Khreschatik). It is very beautiful in the summer, all in greens... Near hotel many small theatres, the art-galleries, workshop artists, sculptors, handmade masters of national creativity, cafe, restaurants, banks, museums, antique shops and so on.

In the winter (2013) in the street to hotel the snow is badly cleaned, 200 meters it is necessary to go on a snow to top. The snow is cleaned only before hotel.

We appreciated rooms where the bed was fine. The hotel's location was great in the historical centre. It was surely a very good stay for a night.

The standard double room was comfy with a flat-screen television, dining area, and ironing facilities. the location was awesome and super with close proximity to upper-class residential area, Podil, and Ukraine.
